  • Unattended Check-in
    • Unattended checkin is the new normal. Please access the keybox beside the Reception door using the unattended checkin code provided and find an envelope with your name on it.
    • Unattended checkin codes are sent via SMS (or Email if mobile number not provided) between 12:00Noon and 12:30pm. NOTE: If you have booked via a Travel Agent that has not forwarded your contact details you must checkin between noon and 5pm when the office is attended. Ctrip (Trip.com) and Agoda do not forward contact details. For your convenience we suggest not using these companies for your bookings
  • Office hours are between 12noon and 5pm. Unattended checkin is available for all prepaid bookings for arrival at any time.
  • Booking
    • For bookings made through our website, the first nights accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided. (At one night stay rates.) The remainder will be charged on arrival.
    • We currently close our bookings at 8pm for reservations made on the day of arrival. A 24Hr booking kiosk is coming soon.
    • Bookings may be cancelled within 2 days of arrival. After 2 days the first nights accommodation is charged as a cancellation fee. (At one night stay rates). To cancel contact Reception between 12noon and 5pm (AEST).
  • Room Servicing is only available for stays longer than 7 days at 7 day intervals.
  • A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you if you have provided an email address. If you have paid an OTA they will supply you with a Tax Invoice
  • Parking: Each booking is allocated a parking space outside their room. If you have more than one car per room Reception may be able to allocate an additional space on arrival depending on occupancy.
  • Ground Floor/Accesibility: All our Queen rooms and Deluxe Twin rooms are on the ground floor. There is a 10cm weather protection step at the door. Our King Spa rooms may require one flight of stairs to access.
  • Walk in Shower: All rooms feature a walkin shower. The King Spa rooms have a Spa bath in the bathroom in addition to the shower.
  • A Guest Laundry is available with a washing machine and a dryer as well as an external clothes line.
  • A BBQ is available at the pool area.
  • Food: The Las Vegas Motel does not provide breakfast, restaurant or room service meals. There are 14 food outlets within a 5 minute walk ranging from Restaurants, Cafes and Fast Food. Uber Eats will deliver a range of restaurant meals to the door of your motel room. A fifteen minute walk will let you access the dozens of beach front restaurants at Coolangatta. It is a five minute walk to the Tweed Mall with a Coles, Woolworths and Aldi.
  • Kitchenette. Rooms contain a microwave, toaster, jug, dolce gusto coffee machine, and a bar fridge. There are plates and cutlery but no cooking utensils.
  • Our Tesla Charger is only available to motel guests. Let staff know in advance so they can enable the charger and allocate you a suitable parking location.
  • Netflix: Our Smart TVs come with Netflix enabled. We no longer provide Foxtel
  • Extra beds, fold out beds and split beds are not available. Please choose a room option that has enough beds for the guests using the room.
